Inc. magazine recently published this list of 10 free or cheap tools for Start-ups. I use Skype, Zoho and Google Docs. I would add TaDaList from 37signals and Evernote. Easy to use free software.Did they miss any good ones?

11/1/2007: SalesTeamTools.com updated their comparison.SalesTeamTools.com does a good job of comparing online CRM tools. I use ZohoCRM and sofar I’m satisfied with the application. It’s free for less than 3 users. Also check out other open source alternatives including: SugarCRM and vTiger.What do you use?
